Had a great Xmas in this hotel! the breakfast was amazing, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. We also loved that it was located near a shopping center and many good restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire property.
Although the staff was very friendly, the lack of an elevator was a bit of a hassle for physically impaired travelers. the bathroom door was broken and there were no hangers or place to put clothes.

The location was great! We were close to a mall and several amazing restaurants. , the room was clean and very comfortable, with a bed that was cozy. The staff was very friendly, always willing to assist us in any way they can, making us feel welcomed and appreciated.
The hotel was not accessible for people with disabilities. There were too many stairs leading up to the hotel entrance, and even inside the hotel, we had to climb more stairs to get to our room.
